Contact form: name, company, email address, telephone number and project information. This data is used to respond to and follow up the enquiry.
Sample request: requester profile, requested products, project type and area, name, company, email address, telephone number and delivery address. This information is used to process the request and arrange shipment of the samples.
Newsletter: email address, optionally full name, and consent to receive news from Amtico Luxembourg. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Recording enquiries
Enquiries received through the forms are recorded in de Buedemleër’s Odoo environment. Commercial enquiries are processed in the CRM. Newsletter subscriptions are recorded in the corresponding mailing list.
Contact requests
The retention period for data submitted through the contact form is determined by the time required to process the request and handle the resulting exchanges. If the request leads to a quotation, an order or a business relationship, the necessary data and documents are retained in accordance with the obligations applicable to that relationship. They may also be retained for as long as necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Sample requests
